A festive treat combining dark chocolate and minty green white chocolate for a delightful and easy dessert perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, then stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring to your desired shade.
  4. Drizzle the green chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
  5. Swirl the two chocolates together with a toothpick to create a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top if desired.
