Delicious cookies combining chocolate pudding and mint Oreos for a chewy, nostalgic treat.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed mint Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the chocolate pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed mint Oreos and chocolate chips.
  6. Using a tablespoon, drop cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Make sure your butter is at room temperature and experiment with different types of chocolate chips.
