  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the glaze.
  3. Prepare the salmon fillets by placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brushing the glaze over each piece.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
