  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Prepare the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  4. Bake covered with foil for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the top.
  6. Serve the chicken over cooked rice or mashed potatoes, drizzling with the luscious sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in ranch seasoning for an hour before cooking. Leftovers are great in a savory casserole.
