A rich and indulgent Mississippi Mud Pie with a crunchy Oreo crust and gooey chocolate filling, topped with marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made Oreo crust
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in sugar and cocoa powder until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-made Oreo crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
  6. Cool the pie before serving, topping with whipped cream.

Notes
