A creamy and easy no bake cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the filling into the prepared crust and smoothing the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For variations, add melted chocolate to the cream cheese for a chocolate version or citrus zest for a refreshing twist.
