Delightful no-bake peanut butter bars made with creamy peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
