A simple and delicious treat made with oats and peanut butter, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts, or seeds along with the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined muffin tin or silicone mold firmly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Once set, remove from the mold and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
