  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the crust ingredients by mixing together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  2. Form the crust by pressing the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the creamy filling by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently until no streaks remain.
