These No Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes combine creamy cheesecake filling with a crunchy graham cracker crust and luxurious caramel and chocolate drizzles.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into mini cheesecake pans to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crusts and smooth the tops.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
