Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (thick-cut, like brioche or Texas toast)
  • 2 tablespoons of Nutella
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Butter (for cooking)
  • Powdered sugar (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Spread Nutella between the two slices of bread to create a sandwich.
  2. Whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter to coat the pan.
  4. Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
