A creamy, zesty pasta dish made with lemon and Parmesan, all cooked in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the pasta, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and broth in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor. Add a splash of broth or milk when reheating leftovers.
