Warm, cheesy wraps filled with tender chicken and garlic, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Assemble each tortilla by placing a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center and wrapping it tightly.
  4. Arrange the wraps in a baking dish, seam-side down.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tortillas are golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead: Prepare the wraps in advance and fridge them before baking. Substitute chicken with veggies for a vegetarian option.
