Delicious bite-sized desserts featuring a creamy cheesecake filling nestled in a crunchy Oreo crust, topped with crushed Oreos.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a muffin tin to form a crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add in the large egg and mix until fully combined.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the Oreo crusts in the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the centers are set.
  8. Let cool completely before topping with crushed Oreos.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free option.
