A no-bake Oreo Icebox Cake layered with cream and chocolatey goodness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the cream cheese and powdered sugar (if using) until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  2. Dip each Oreo cookie into the milk for a couple of seconds, allowing them to soak just enough to soften.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the soaked Oreos at the bottom, creating a solid base.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture over the Oreos.
  5. Repeat the layering process until you run out of cookies and filling, finishing with a final layer of the creamy topping mixture.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired, cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
