Decadent Oreo Truffles made with cream cheese and coated in rich chocolate, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreos
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • Chocolate for coating (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag until fine crumbs remain.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Roll portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm the truffles.
  5. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and shake off any excess.
  7. Add sprinkles if desired, then return to the baking sheet.
  8. Set the chocolate to firm up at room temperature, or refrigerate if in a hurry.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Freeze for up to 2 months.
