  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
