A simple and flavorful Parmesan Chicken recipe that’s baked to perfection, resulting in a crispy golden crust.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Parmesan mixture by mixing together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs in another bowl until well-beaten.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken to encourage browning.
  7. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
