Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs until well mixed.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the egg then in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown on both sides (4-5 minutes each side).
  6. Bake the seared chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet with melted butter until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  8. Make the creamy garlic sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and allowing it to thicken.
  9. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and herbs beforehand. Use panko breadcrumbs for an even crunchier texture.
