Deliciously simple and crispy Parmesan Potato Stacks that are sure to impress as a side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the potato slices in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
  5. Layer the potato slices in a muffin tin, sprinkling Parmesan cheese between each layer.
