A delightful fusion of peach pie and cinnamon rolls, warm and gooey with a sweet icing drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Icing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the sliced peaches, sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  3. Unroll the cinnamon roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough back up into a log, tucking in the filling as you go.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into equal slices, about 1 inch thick.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle icing over the rolls as soon as they come out of the oven.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
