A rich and creamy mousse made with bananas, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt, perfect for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder (if using), honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into the bowl with the mashed bananas.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  4. Taste your mousse and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve cold, garnished with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Notes

Leftover mousse can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Use bananas with brown spots for better flavor. Customize with nut variations or protein flavor.
