Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Cookie Crust: In a bowl, combine crushed peanut cookies and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then let cool slightly.
  3. Whip the Cream: Whip heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside.
