  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 block (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Whip Up the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  2. Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until it is well combined, maintaining a light and fluffy texture.
  3. Layer the Cookies: In a baking dish, layer the no-bake cookie pieces on the bottom.
  4. Spread the First Layer: Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the cookie layer.
  5. Repeat with More Cookies: Arrange another layer of no-bake cookies on top and repeat the process.
  6. Finish with Peanut Butter Mixture: Top the second layer of cookies with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  7. Garnish with Chocolate: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
