A luxurious cocktail that blends the creamy goodness of peanut butter with rich espresso, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka (plain or peanut butter-flavored)
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1–2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • ½ oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or a few coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and peanut butter in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the simple syrup if desired.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
  6. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or coffee beans.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but you can prepare the base mixture and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Chill your martini glasses for a better presentation.
