A rich, nutty, and crunchy granola made with old-fashioned oats and creamy peanut butter, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the oats, peanuts, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Create the peanut butter mixture by combining peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  7. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
  8. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Customize with dark chocolate chips, dried fruit, or cinnamon for added flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
