Delightful bite-sized desserts with crispy phyllo pastry, filled with a rich mixture of pecans and caramel.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo pastry sheets
  • Butter, melted
  • Chopped pecans
  • Caramel sauce
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly butter a muffin tin.
  3. Cut phyllo pastry into squares.
  4. Combine the chopped pecans, sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Add a layer of the pecan mixture into each phyllo cup.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the pecans.
  7. Continue layering with phyllo, pecan mixture, and caramel sauce.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
