A creamy, luscious no-bake Pecan Cream Pie with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Additional pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping and chopped pecans into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  5. Top with additional whipped topping and sprinkle with more chopped pecans.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious pie!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider toasting the pecans before using them. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
