Delightful little pockets of pizza goodness, perfect for snacking and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for baking your puffs to golden perfection.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut it into squares, about 3 inches on each side.
  3. Place a small amount of chopped pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a triangle shape, sealing the edges securely with a fork.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each puff for a golden color.
  6. Place the filled puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
