  • 1 box of flavored gelatin (e.g., strawberry or raspberry)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 container of whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (optional)
  • Fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Gelatin: In a bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add Cold Water: Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to cool down.
  3. Beat the Cream Cheese: If using, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Combine the whipped topping mixture with the cooled gelatin until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour into Crust: Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
  6. Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jello is set.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fruit if desired before serving.

Notes

This pie can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Allow the gelatin mixture to cool before mixing with the whipped topping for best texture.
