Mini sliders capturing the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak, perfect for game nights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 slider rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add your diced onions and green bell peppers. Sauté until soft and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lay a slice of provolone cheese on each slider roll.
  4. Fill each slider roll with the steak and veggie mixture.
  5. Place the filled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Thinly slice ribeye while slightly frozen for easier handling. Customize with different toppings for a unique twist.
