Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, draining excess fat, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Prepare the crescent rolls by unrolling and laying them in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing the seams together.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the crescent roll base.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Fold the edges of the crescent rolls over the filling.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
