A delightful appetizer featuring Little Smokies sausages and pineapple chunks drizzled with a rich brown sugar glaze, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.

  • 1 pound Little Smokies sausages
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon Mississippi-style seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in the brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the Mississippi-style seasoning to your butter and brown sugar mix, stirring well.
  4. Combine the Little Smokies and pineapple chunks in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the brown sugar glaze over the sausages and pineapple.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

For an even more tropical twist, add shredded coconut before baking. For heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the glaze.
