Delightful stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy goat cheese and crunchy pistachios, perfect for appetizers or party snacks.

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine goat cheese, chopped pistachios, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the goat cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and cheese is slightly browned.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

These mushrooms are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Customize the stuffing with your favorite herbs or spices.
