A comforting bake that combines creamy cottage cheese with pizza flavors, perfect for family dinners.

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs, pizza sauce, chopped bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, olives, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is beautifully blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is slightly golden and the sides are bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a lighter version, consider using low-fat or part-skim cheeses.
