Delicious homemade pork potstickers that are crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 20 Wonton wrappers
  • 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 Cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced ginger
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Finely chopped cabbage
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and finely chopped cabbage in a bowl until combined.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold over to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange the potstickers in the skillet and fry until golden brown on the bottom, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add enough water to the skillet to cover the bottom, then cover with a lid and steam the potstickers for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once the water evaporates, uncover and fry for another minute to crisp up the bottoms. Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. Don’t overcrowd the skillet to prevent uneven cooking.
