Healthy chocolate brownie bites that satisfy cravings and pack a protein punch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, eggs, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased or lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bites.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Enjoy with Greek yogurt or ice cream.
