Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
