Delicious pulled pork sliders made with tender pork shoulder, barbecue sauce, and coleslaw, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Sear the pork shoulder in a pan with olive oil until browned on all sides.
  3. Place the browned pork in a slow cooker or baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the sliced onion over the pork.
  5. Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork.
  6. Cover and cook in the slow cooker for about 8 hours on low or in the oven for 4 hours.
  7. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the sauce. Serve on slider buns topped with coleslaw.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can experiment with toppings like jalapeños or pickles. Adjust the barbecue sauce to your taste with honey or vinegar.
