  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Baking Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
  3. Mix in the Pumpkin Goodness: Remove from heat and stir in the canned pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Optional Nutty Delight: Fold in the chopped nuts if desired.
  5. Spread the Mixture: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
