Warm rolls filled with sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese, wrapped in flaky crescent dough—perfect for busy mornings!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet with the sausage. Scramble until cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the sausage and egg mixture at the wide end of each triangle, add cheese, and roll tightly.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
