Delicious breakfast rolls filled with savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese, all wrapped in a crispy crescent roll.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Combine the sausages and whisked eggs in the skillet, cooking until just set.
  5. Roll out the crescent rolls on a baking sheet.
  6. Add a spoonful of the sausage and egg mixture on the wide end of each crescent roll, then sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Roll up each crescent towards the point to enclose the filling.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped chives, if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

These rolls can be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
