- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 2–3 oz soda water (club soda or sparkling water)

Instructions
- Chill Your Glass: Place a highball glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
- Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice: Squeeze about 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Combine the Ingredients in the Shaker: In a shaker filled halfway with ice, combine 2 oz vodka, 1 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup.
- Shake It Up: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until cold.
- Prep Your Glass with Ice: Remove your glass from the freezer and fill it with fresh ice cubes.
- Strain the Mixture: Carefully strain the shaken mixture over the ice in your glass.
- Top with Soda Water: Gently top the cocktail with 2-3 oz of soda water.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a lemon wheel or a slice of pineapple.
Notes
