Refreshing Raspberry Rose Prosecco Cocktail

A light, bubbly, and refreshing cocktail made with fresh raspberries, rose syrup, and prosecco, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry prosecco
  • 1 cup (125 grams) fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) rose syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • A few sprigs of mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your prosecco bottle and glasses in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
  2. Rinse fresh raspberries gently under cool water and set aside a few for garnish.
  3. In a mixing pitcher or glass, combine 2 tablespoons of rose syrup and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Gently muddle about 3/4 cup of raspberries with the syrup mixture.
  5. Slowly add about 1 cup of chilled prosecco to the mixture and stir gently to combine.
  6. If desired, add a few ice cubes to the serving glass before pouring the cocktail.
  7. Pour the cocktail into glasses and garnish each with 2-3 whole raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste. Leftover mixture without prosecco can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before adding it.
