  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, rosemary, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients until they are evenly distributed and the mixture holds together nicely.
  3. Shape the mixture into 6 to 8 patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Cook the patties for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
