Transform your favorite campfire treat into delicious, easy-to-make S’mores Bars, perfect for sharing and satisfying your sweet tooth.

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan, ensuring it’s evenly spread out.
  2. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by a generous layer of mini marshmallows on top.
  3. Bake the bars in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, keeping an eye on them until the marshmallows turn a beautiful golden brown.
  4. Let the bars cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cutting board. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a firmer bite, allow the bars to cool completely before cutting. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container up to 3 days at room temperature.
