Delicious Salisbury Steak Meatballs that encapsulate the comfort of home-cooked meals in a delightful, easy-to-eat form.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups mushroom gravy

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs roughly the size of golf balls.
  3. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet and add the meatballs, searing for about 7-8 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour the mushroom gravy over the meatballs, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over fluffy mashed potatoes or pasta.
