A luxurious cheesecake layered with rich, creamy filling and topped with sweet salted caramel, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
  6. Fold in half of the salted caramel sauce gently.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
  9. Cool down before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes

Use fully softened cream cheese to avoid lumps. For an ultra-smooth cheesecake, consider using a water bath while baking.
