Indulge in this creamy cocktail that combines rich caramel, Irish cream liqueur, and a hint of sea salt for a perfectly balanced drink.

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka (or caramel vodka for extra flavor)
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz caramel liqueur (or butterscotch schnapps)
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 oz salted caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. Set them out on your kitchen counter.
  2. Combine the liquors in a cocktail shaker: vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, caramel liqueur, heavy cream, salted caramel sauce, and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and combined.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
