  • 1 pound sausage (breakfast or Italian)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
  4. Coat each ball in the breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Arrange the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Add a light spray of cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
